Guidelines for Parents:
- Make sure that your child takes a bath before coming to school.
- The child must always wear clean and ironed clothes.
- A personal hygiene schedule needs to be followed which includes regular clipping of nails, washing of hair and maintaining a neat and tidy appearance.
- Girls should oil and tie their hair neatly. Use only black bands and clips. Fancy clips are not allowed.
- Boys must keep short hair with no spikes.
- We encourage every child to adapt to a healthy lifestyle. Regular physical activities are recommended to maintain good physical health and to prevent obesity.
- Eight hours sleep is necessary for your child.
- A well-balanced nutritious diet is necessary for your child. Healthy snacks, fruits and home-cooked meals should be included in their lunch menu.
- Inculcate healthy habits in your child. Do not give packed food to your child.
- It is recommended that your child brings water from home. Ensure that your child drinks only boiled or filtered water.
- Dental and ophthalmic check-up needs to be done every year.
- All recommended vaccines should be administered to your child.
- You are requested not to send your child to school if he/she is not well.
- Please observe/follow the prescribed period of quarantine in case of diseases like Chicken pox, Mumps, Measles etc.
- If your child is suffering from a particular allergy, please inform the class teacher and the respective Vice Principal.
- If your child is having chronic diseases like epilepsy, asthma or heart diseases, please inform the principal in writing.
- Expensive jewelry and fancy watches are not allowed in school.
- Digital devices like mobile phones, iPods, I pad are strictly not allowed and will be seized if found.
- Any kind of damage/ disfigurement to school property will not be tolerated.
- Any kind of bullying or malpractice is highly restricted in the school. Kindly report to the school authority immediately.
